Guitars purchased online and shipped to the customer – if returned within 15 days, in the same condition they were shipped will receive a full refund of the purchase price excluding shipping fees, if any.
Guitars purchased in-person at our location come with a 30 day guarantee. Guitars will be adjusted or otherwise repaired to the customer’s (reasonable) satisfaction, while they wait, if possible. Otherwise, within 24 hours unless parts must be ordered, in which case the guitar will be ready within 24 hours from the time I receive the needed part.
I promise that every guitar I sell has gone through the checklist shown on my home page and that I have personally inspected and setup the guitar and test played the guitar before packing or in-person delivery.
